Proper care and maintenance will extend the life of your JAV Smart Board and ensure consistent performance. Please read the following guidelines carefully and keep them for future reference.
1. Placement
- Do not place heavy objects on top of the smart board.
- Keep away from appliances that generate magnetic fields.
- Avoid direct sunlight, heaters, or other heat sources.
- Place the smart board on a stable surface (avoid unstable carts, stands, or brackets).
- Do not place liquids on or near the display, and prevent spills.
2. Power Supply
- Use only the original power cable provided. Do not modify or extend it.
- Ensure the AC source is properly grounded and matches the unit’s operating voltage.
- Protect the power cable from physical or mechanical damage.
- Unplug the unit during thunderstorms or lightning.
- Unplug the power supply if the board will not be used for a long period.
3. LED Screen Care
- Always unplug the power cable before cleaning.
- Clean the screen with a soft, dry, dust-free cloth.
- For deep cleaning, contact an authorized service center.
- Do not use water, liquid cleaners, or sprays directly on the unit.
- Only use the official touch pen—never sharp or hard objects.
- Avoid displaying static, high-brightness images for long periods.
4. Temperature & Humidity
- Operating temperature: 0°C to 40°C.
- Operating humidity: 10% to 90% RH.
- Keep the smart board away from radiators and heaters.
- If moved from cold to warm environments, wait at least 2 hours before powering on to prevent moisture damage.
- Do not expose the smart board to rain or high humidity. Keep the environment cool and dry.
5. Ventilation
- Place the smart board in a well-ventilated area to allow proper heat dissipation.
- Minimum clearance: 10 cm (sides and back), 20 cm (top).
6. Earphones
- Lower the volume before using earphones.
- Avoid prolonged listening at high volume to protect hearing.
7. Standby Mode
- Pressing the Standby key will put the smart board into standby, not fully turn it off.
8. Battery Safety
- Dispose of or recycle batteries properly.
- Keep batteries away from children.
- Do not throw batteries into fire.
9. Cleaning Notes
- Do not spray liquids directly onto the smart board.
- Avoid using cleaners near the ventilation vents.
10. Power Switch Indicators
- “I” = Power On
- “O” = Power Off
11. Maintenance
- Servicing should only be performed by certified engineers.
