Located in Huizhou City, Guangdong Province, Yinghua School is a primary and middle school covering over 28,000 square meters. The school currently operates 46 classes with more than 2,200 teachers and students.
A Vision for a Teaching Revolution
In 2023, Yinghua School’s headmaster, Mr. Wang, decided to launch a comprehensive classroom upgrade by replacing all traditional blackboards with modern multimedia devices. Seeking the best solution, Mr. Wang reached out to JAV founder, Mr. Li Xiang, through mutual friends.
After receiving Mr. Wang’s request, Mr. Li personally visited Yinghua School with one of our engineers to conduct a thorough on-site assessment of all 46 classrooms — an essential step in creating a tailored solution. Shortly afterward, we invited Mr. Wang to visit JAV Smart Board’s factory, where he could see our production line in action and experience our smart board for teaching firsthand.
During his visit, our team presented a customized plan based on the school’s requirements. Once the final details were confirmed, both parties signed the contract. To avoid disrupting normal teaching, the entire upgrade project was scheduled for completion during the summer vacation.
From Installation to Training
After all JAV Smart Whiteboards were installed, we organized a training session for all teachers, led by our engineers in one of the newly equipped classrooms. During the two-hour session, teachers not only learned how to operate the JAV Smart Board for teaching but also experienced a modern classroom setting from a “student’s” perspective.

Positive Feedback from Leadership
At the end of the training, Headmaster Wang shared his impressions with all attendees:
- Whiteboard functionality should come first — its smooth writing, easy erasing, and rich teaching tools significantly improve teaching efficiency.
- File presentation comes second — enabling teachers to display their prepared courseware directly in class.
- Screen clarity is also vital — ensuring that even students at the back of the room can clearly see the displayed content.
Results One Month Later
One month after the new semester began, our team revisited Yinghua School. Mr. Wang told us he was highly satisfied with the results of the classroom transformation. Teachers had reduced the effort required for traditional blackboard work while greatly improving teaching efficiency. More importantly, the colorful and dynamic presentation capabilities of the JAV interactive whiteboard had sparked students’ interest, helping them better understand and retain knowledge.
