China State Grid is a state-owned enterprise founded in 2002 and recognized as one of the world’s most valuable utility brands. It has topped the China’s 500 Most Valuable Brands list for nine consecutive years and led the Top 50 Global Utility Brands for seven consecutive years.
The Challenge: Traditional Meeting Tools Limiting Efficiency
In May 2023, Mr. Zhang, the superintendent of a Beijing business hall under China State Grid, took initiative to advance the digital transformation of their office operations. While exploring interactive technologies that could improve meeting efficiency and engagement, he came across Tableaux interactifs JAV.
After comparing several domestic brands, Mr. Zhang scheduled a visit to the JAV Smart Board factory to experience the product firsthand. Upon trying the Tableau intelligent JAV H10S Pro, he remarked,

A Smarter Meeting Experience with JAV Smart Whiteboard
One month later, the JAV team paid a return visit to Mr. Zhang’s office to learn more about their experience using the smart board. The business hall serves over 34,000 residents in Yukou Town, Beijing, providing services such as electricity application, billing inquiries, and payment processing. All customer data is centrally managed in their DMS system.
Previously, during weekly meetings, the team would export data and project it using a traditional projector, while taking notes manually. This approach often led to missed insights due to the lack of real-time interaction.
Now, with the JAV H10S Pro Interactive Whiteboard, the team can annotate directly on the displayed data, write ideas on the board, and save all content with just one tap. Everything can be shared instantly via QR code, significantly improving collaboration and accuracy.
Mr. Zhang smiled and added,

He especially appreciated the smart whiteboard’s seamless integration with their existing systems. In his free time, he even enjoys writing poetry on the board, his favorite hobby. During our visit, he wrote a famous Chinese poem and drew a large ‘JAV’ on the screen to express his appreciation for the product.
On-Site Q&A and Training for JAV Interactive Display
During our visit, we also held a live Q&A session to help the team make the most of the interactive display. One staff member asked how to wirelessly share their smartphone screen. We demonstrated two simple methods:
- Using the phone’s built-in screen sharing function (e.g., AirPlay, Miracast, DLNA)
- Installing the E-share app to connect and mirror their screen via the app
Both options allow staff members to share content from various smartphone brands quickly and easily.
