Troubleshooting During First Setup

The remote controller does not work

Check whether the batteries are installed correctly. Make sure there are no obstructions between the remote controller and the receiver. The remote controller works within about 8 meters and within a 30-degree angle from the receiver.

The device has no network connection

Check whether Wi-Fi is connected correctly or use a wired RJ45 network connection. Make sure the router or network cable is working properly.

The date or time is incorrect
